Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Checkers Drive-In (20-Year NNN) Nashville TN, a 950-square foot net-leased property located in Nashville, TN, according to Kirk A. Felici, regional manager of the firm’s Miami office. The asset sold for $2,237,136.
Roee E. Ben-Moshe and Leeor Ben-Moshe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by Barry Gordon and Justin Forman , investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Los Angeles office.

The new Checkers Drive-In will be located at 3232 Clarksville Pike in Nashville, TN. It is currently under construction and located on the busy Clarksville Pike Rd, with traffic counts of over 35,000 vehicles per day directly in front of the property and 150,000 residents within 3 miles of the property.
