Marcus & Millichap Announced The Sale Of Checkers Drive-in (20-year NNN) Nashville

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Checkers Drive-In (20-Year NNN) Nashville TN, a 950-square foot net-leased property located in Nashville, TN, according to Kirk A. Felici, regional manager of the firm’s Miami office. The asset sold for $2,237,136.

The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by Barry Gordon and Justin Forman , investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Los Angeles office.

It is currently under construction and located on the busy Clarksville Pike Rd, with traffic counts of over 35,000 vehicles per day directly in front of the property and 150,000 residents within 3 miles of the property.
