Roee Ben-Moshe

Roee is a director at Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. He has been a commercial real estate broker and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) since 2006. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2012 and has been brokering retail and single tenant net leased assets. He is an expert in the field of Net Lease Transactions, involving hundreds of millions in transactions and evaluating over a billion dollars ($USD) in assets for clients nationwide. Roee has close relationships with some of the nation’s largest franchisees, franchisors, private equity firms, high net-worth principals and developers. His achievements in the field have awarded him with multiple awards.

Roee has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University with a concentration in Real Estate, a four year program which is ranked as 4th in the world in the field of study. Additionally, Roee holds a commercial broker’s license in both Georgia and Florida.

Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Roee served as a principal at King David Properties, a family owned and operated retail shopping center owner. In addition, Roee served in the Air Force and reached the ranking of First Sergeant. While in the Air Force, Roee learned to work with people of diverse backgrounds in high pressure intense situations.

Leeor Ben-Moshe

Director, Net Leased Properties Group


Leeor is an associate of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. He has been a real estate agent and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) since 2006. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 and was able to generate a portfolio of net-leased listings in a very short period of time.

Leeor graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with Honors from Southern Poly Technic State University in Marietta, Georgia. Additionally, Leeor holds a salespersons license in both Georgia and Florida.

Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Leeor served as a managing partner at King David Properties, a family owned and operated retail shopping center owner. His role involved day to day leasing activities with prospective tenants and the ongoing management of shopping centers. Leeor, too, served in the Air Force and reached the ranking of First Sergeant. During his service, he gained a strong focus and discipline which today he uses to achieve his and the clients’ goals.
